  • Is travel included in the hire price?
    Yes, travel is included for all events within 30km of the Perth CBD. For locations outside this area, a travel fee will apply — please contact us for a personalised quote.
  • Do I pay for the time it takes to set up and pack down the booth?
    No, setup and pack-down are done outside of your booked hire time, so you only pay for the time the booth is in operation.
  • Is an attendant included with the booth?
    Yes, if desired, a friendly and experienced booth attendant can be there for the entire hire period to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Are the photos printed instantly?
    Yes, if you decide to add prints to your package, your guests receive high-quality printed photo strips within seconds of each session. We use professional-grade printers to ensure the best quality prints.
  • How much space do you need for the Photo Booth?
    We generally require a space of around 2m x 2.5m with access to a standard power outlet. If space is tight, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Do I get a copy of all the photos at the end of the night?
    Yes, you will receive a link to your own private online gallery, which you can download to a computer or iPad, or share with friends and family. The link will remain active for 12 months.
  • How much space do you need for the 360 Video Booth?
    For the 360 Video Booth we generally require a space of around 3m x 3m. If space is tight, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate. A power outlet is not required as it is a completely wireless set-up.
  • Do you offer custom photo strip designs?
    Absolutely! We’ll work with you to match your photo strip design to your event’s theme, colours, or branding. You can provide us with specific logos, messages, or graphics to include in the design.
  • Do you offer idle hours?
    Yes, idle hours are charged when you require the booth to be set up and paused (not in use) during your event — for example, during speeches or dinner service. This allows us to remain on-site and resume at your preferred time. Idle hours are charged at a reduced rate — please contact us for pricing.
