  • Is travel included in the hire price?
    Yes, travel is included for all events within 30km of the Perth CBD. For locations outside this area, a travel fee will apply — please contact us for a personalised quote.
  • Do I pay for the time it takes to set up and pack down the booth?
    No, setup and pack-down are done outside of your booked hire time, so you only pay for the time the booth is in operation.
  • Is an attendant included with the booth?
    Yes, if desired, a friendly and experienced booth attendant can be there for the entire hire period to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Is instant photo printing available?
    Yes, if your package includes prints, guests will receive high-quality photo strips within seconds. We use professional-grade printers for top-quality prints.
  • How much space is needed for the Photo Booth?
    The Photo Booth needs around 2m x 2.5m of space and access to a standard power outlet. If space is limited, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate.
  • Do I get copies of all event photos?
    Yes, you'll receive a link to a private online gallery to download all event photos. The link will be active for 12 months, allowing you to share with friends and family.
  • How much space is needed for the 360 Video Booth?
    The 360 Video Booth requires about 3m x 3m of space. If space is tight, let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate. No power outlet is needed as it operates wirelessly.
  • Can the photo strip designs be customized?
    Yes, you can customize the photo strip designs to match your event’s theme, colors, or branding. Provide us with logos, messages, or graphics to include.
  • Do you offer idle hours?
    Yes, idle hours are charged when you require the booth to be set up and paused (not in use) during your event — for example, during speeches or dinner service. This allows us to remain on-site and resume at your preferred time. Idle hours are charged at a reduced rate — please contact us for pricing.
